How long does my order take to process?
Once you have placed your order on our website, it will be processed by our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are then shipped Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. We’ll ship as soon as possible, within 3 business days from processing your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after placing your order to receive the related tracking number, which we will send to you via email.
What are my shipping options?
Unless otherwise selected by the customer, all orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground. The cost for shipping an order will be calculated at the time of check out and will depend on a number of factors, including destination and quantity of product in a selection.
Are there express shipping options?
Express shipping is available, via FedEx, at the customer’s request at check-out, for additional fees.
Do you deliver internationally?
At present, we only ship within the USA.
What are shipping times?
We strive to work within the following guidelines, though we cannot be held responsible for third-party shipping delays. Estimated shipping timeframes will be available during checkout, and are based on the shipping options available to you.
Please note that delivery to carrier shall constitute delivery to buyer, and thereafter risk of loss or damage shall pass to buyer. Any claim of buyer relative to damage during shipping or delivery should be made directly to the carrier. Any claims by buyer against Crystalline for shortage or damage occurring prior to such delivery to carrier must be made within five (5) days after receipt of the goods and accompanied by original transportation bill signed by carrier noting that carrier received the goods from Crystalline in the condition claimed. Notwithstanding passage of the risk of loss to buyer, title and right of possession to the goods sold hereunder shall remain with Crystalline until all payments hereunder, including deferred payments evidenced by notes or otherwise, interest, carrying charges, shall have been made in cash, and buyer agrees to do all acts necessary to perfect and maintain such right and title in Crystalline.
