Crystalline Refund, Exchange & Return Policy - FAQs

 How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at biz@crystalline.co.il, within one (1) hour after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you, however, cancellation is not guaranteed. In all cases, we will be unable to cancel an order which has already shipped.

Can I exchange some or part of an order?

At present, Crystalline does not provide exchange options. If you receive defective items, you may avail yourself of our return option below.


How do I return a product?

  • Crystalline stands by its products and we offer full refunds on defective or damaged, unused products, subject to the following:
  • Within seven (7) days of your receipt of the damaged or defective products, contact us via phone (609) 622-4626  or email biz@crystalline.co.il to process the return, and a Crystalline team member will assist you by providing a case number or an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned to your return. Please allow three (3) business days for your email return request to be addressed.
  • Once your return claim is opened, you will be asked to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective products. 
  • We will gladly provide a free return label for eligible returns, so no need to worry about return shipping fees!
  • We will send you your return label via email. Simply print it out and affix it to your package—feel free to use the same box your received your delivery (or any suitable packaging without outer markings).
  • Take your labeled return package, to any FedEx drop-off location (fedex.com).
  • An email confirming your refund will be sent as soon as the package has been received by our fulfillment center and a refund is processed.
  • Returns typically require up to 5 business days for processing, once the items are received by our warehouse.
  • Once the return is processed, you can expect to see a refund in your bank account within 5 business days.
  • Crystalline will refund your method of payment (ACH)
